📋 Description Oversees staff documentation, progress notes, and incident reports. Develops activity schedules and implements services per plans. Monitors labor hours and site budgets within guidelines. Submits trust fund requests and related financial documentation. Responds to emergencies for persons served. Trains staff on financial and administrative controls. 🎯 Requirements One year of supervisory experience required. Experience with services for individuals with acquired brain injuries preferred. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Flexible hours/locations; able to cover direct care shifts; manage systems and people.
