📋 Description Product Design: Develop products from concept through prototyping and production. 3D CAD Modeling: Create production-ready CAD models from requirements. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings and specifications. Mechanical Features: Design hinges, latches, locks, slides, and modular assemblies. Design for Manufacturing: Apply DFM for injection-molded parts, including tolerances and tooling. Material Selection: Recommend materials based on function and cost. 🎯 Requirements At least five years of experience designing physical consumer products from concept through production. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, Inventor. Experience designing injection-molded plastic products and functional mechanical assemblies. Strong experience creating engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, and production-ready CAD files. Understanding tolerances, materials, tooling, and DFM principles.
