📋 Description Lead logistics operations for inbound raw materials and outbound products Manage processes and KPIs for logistics and supporting systems Direct flow of materials and coordinate cross-department improvements Supervise logistics team and assign daily tasks Negotiate shipping rates and schedule inbound/outbound shipments Ensure compliance with inventory control and safety standards 🎯 Requirements BA/BS degree Experience leading, delegating and scheduling associates Experience with global supply base, cycle counts and full physical inventory Familiarity with standard warehouse processes and practices Proficient with Jira, NetSuite, Slack for PO receiving and inventory APICS/CMA/CPM certification desired 🎁 Benefits Equity in the form of options Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance may be provided
