Residential Advisor

📋 Description Assists students with adjusting to Center life via supervision and mentoring. Ensures students meet schedules and are on time for training or work. Keeps students prepared for training day (dress and readiness). Oversees dorms: hygiene, chores, room assignments, and activities. Provides informal counseling on stress, personal issues, and attitudes. Documents student records and updates information per standards. 🎯 Requirements High School Diploma or GED.
