📋 Description Accountable for overall Digital Program value and alignment. Oversee on-time, on-budget delivery with multiple vendors. Build relationships with stakeholders and tech partners. Prioritize portfolio and develop a roadmap. Translate business strategy into project direction. Define scope, milestones, and staffing estimates. 🎯 Requirements Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred. 5+ years of project/program management in digital delivery. Consulting firm or creative agency experience desirable. Experience leading creative teams (UX/UI) for user-centric solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
