Own employee relations for Eng/Data, coordinating with Legal. Partner with Recruiting on workforce planning, leveling, and offers. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years HR experience; 3+ in HRBP at venture-backed tech. Product mindset; write PRDs, manage backlog, and iterate on tools. AI-forward practitioner; automating HR work with AI. Strong analytical skills with HR analytics tooling.
