Connect across departments; align stakeholders and clear bottlenecks. Report to RD&D leadership on project status, risks and mitigation strategies. Facilitate team discussions and decision-making; keep work moving. Drive continuous improvement of PM practices; analyze performance data. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years PM experience in product development; deliver complex multi-phase projects on time. 2+ years direct people management; hiring, coaching, developing salaried staff. Proactive risk management; identify issues early and guide through ambiguity. Strong cross-functional influencing; align stakeholders across departments without formal authority. Proficiency with PM tools and Microsoft Office; track progress and report to leadership.
