📋 Description Project manage every workstream; ensure on-time delivery. Drive engineering/product roadmap; scope work and QA with eng. Run on metrics; own dashboards and data plumbing. Instill operational rigor; establish cadences and accountability. Automate workflows; build agent-first operating model. Scale processes 1→10; turn heroics into repeatable systems. 🎯 Requirements Senior IC with 4-7 years at top startups or MBB-equivalents. Strong program management with cross-functional collaboration. Scope work with eng; QA and own roadmaps. Data-driven with dashboards/data pipelines (PostHog, HubSpot). AI-native mindset; comfortable with automation tools.
