📋 Description Design and deliver DB improvements with correctness and performance. Own projects end-to-end, from design to pager. Debug and resolve distributed systems issues, sometimes with customers. Improve reliability, observability, and automation. Collaborate with Product, Field Eng, and stakeholders. Share work through mentorship, demos, and blog posts. 🎯 Requirements Several years of software development experience. Passion for distributed systems and/or databases. Excited to learn Rust. Own your work from design to docs and beyond. Write clear design docs and well-documented code. Solve hard customer problems, not just code.
