After School Activity Specialist + Group Leader - Part-Time

📋 Description Lead enrichment activities in a designated content area for elementary/middle school students. Develop lesson plans to promote creativity, collaboration, leadership. Create inclusive learning environments where students participate. Differentiate activities to meet diverse interests and needs. Foster positive relationships and mentor students. Serve as Group Leader for approximately 15 students and supervise activities. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or HSE; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of two years' experience with elementary/middle school children in educational settings. Expertise in enrichment areas: dance, visual arts, music, sports, chess, STEM. Experience planning and facilitating engaging activities for groups of children. Strong classroom/group management; able to create a positive, inclusive environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
