📋 Description Develop and implement high-quality, standards-based curricula. Work with Teaching & Learning to coach teachers and assess performance. Coordinate PD and support for co-curriculars, SPED, and student needs. Model and maintain a positive, achievement-oriented school culture. Lead cross-school instructional initiatives and values integration. Monitor student achievement with data and set grade-level goals. 🎯 Requirements At least five years of full-time classroom teaching. At least one year of adult management/teacher coaching. Bachelor's degree required. Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making. Experience in education leadership preferred.
