Lead Residential Advisor (925604)

📋 Description Supervise staff and trainees to ensure safe operation of Social Development areas. Screen applicants for employment and make hiring recommendations. May act as Residential Supervisor in the absence. Conduct small group meetings and coordinate services in the dormitory. Supervise students in performance of work details. Maintain student folders and logs for dorm activity, medication disbursement, and work orders. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent education and related experience. Minimum of two years' experience working with youth and supervisory experience. Must be able to work any shift and day of the week.
