📋 Description Design, build, and run core GenAI platform components for product teams. Focus on reliability, observability, security, and developer experience. Own production-ready delivery from design to rollout and monitoring. Build internal SDKs, templates, and guardrails for AI features. Improve reliability with metrics, dashboards, alerts, and post-incident reviews. Collaborate with Applied AI Engineers and product teams to meet platform needs. 🎯 Requirements Strong backend/systems engineering background with production services. Experience designing shared platform components used by multiple teams. Production ownership: monitoring, alerting, incident response, debugging. Distributed systems fundamentals: async, idempotency, failure design. Hands-on with LLM APIs or strong interest in production failure modes.
