Demonstrate strong technical proficiency to answer queries. 🎯 Requirements University degree in engineering or CS or equivalent technology degree (preferred) 2-4 years IT project management or IT-related experience Understanding of application programming, internet, database and system design English proficiency (C1 level or higher) Deep understanding of Agile frameworks Proactive, communicative, customer-service oriented and performance driven Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills Strong negotiation skills; safeguard the company's interests Excellent situational leadership; take initiative and accountability Cultural awareness; able to work with an international team Optional: PMP or Prince certificate Optional: Scrum Master certificate
