📋 Description Identify dysfunctions in Product Leaders' processes and propose improvements. Manage cross-department projects and provide transparent status updates. Lead OKR planning sessions and bi-weekly strategic reviews. Form and lead a Product Operations team; monitor roadmap health. Support metrics and data; assist Finance with R&D capitalization. Collaborate with senior leaders; align cross-functional priorities. 🎯 Requirements Experience as COO or in Product Management / Ownership, Product Operations. Familiarity with OKR planning and roadmap building. Proactive in identifying process improvements and new templates/tools. Understanding business and product metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
