📋 Description Identify flight data and comms outages; provide mitigation guidance. Own post-deployment private Cloud config and privacy-focused ops. Speed up issue resolution by triaging Cloud integration and data flow. Be a technical resource for training teams to improve self-help. Reduce escalations by building effective triage and resolution. Collaborate with internal support and Eng/Product teams to improve experience. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years configuring/troubleshooting enterprise Cloud infra (cellular/wireless/ethernet). Govt or military UAS ops and flight exp a plus. Public safety info systems in Police/Fire dispatch is a plus. Flexible hours including after-hours and weekend support. Motivated self-starter with strong communication skills. CLI/scripting (Bash, PHP, Python); Linux; APIs/webhooks; Postman. 🎁 Benefits Relocation assistance may be provided for eligible roles.
