📋 Description Develop sourcing strategies for antenna, connectors, cables, harnesses. Liaise with engineering for supplier selection during NPI and sustaining. Identify high-potential suppliers globally. Plan strategic sourcing for silicon components: market research and evaluation. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide sourcing decisions. Manage supplier terms and documentation (MDSAs, SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs). 🎯 Requirements Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and purchasing processes. Expertise in directing negotiations, RFPs, and cost/price analysis. Experience using cost models to define should-cost and negotiate price. Ability to communicate strategic goals across management levels and regions. Experience with large electromechanical suppliers and executive-level influence.
