📋 Description Design experiments to explore mechanisms of drug/target activity. Develop cell-based and cell-free assays for type 2 immunity. Coordinate externally run PK/PD studies and ex vivo analysis. Collaborate with protein engineers and computational biologists. Design and analyze flow cytometry panels for immune cells. Identify key questions to inform milestones with data. 🎯 Requirements PhD with 5+ years in drug development; Type 2 immunology familiarity. Demonstrated success designing experiments for discovery-stage programs. Extensive cellular immunology experience: cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA/MSD. Immunology expertise with in vitro and in vivo models of atopic disease. Experience designing and analyzing in vivo PK/PD and efficacy models.
