📋 Description Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and Metabase for CS teams Write and optimize Snowflake SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for reporting Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences across customer-facing teams Analyze agent and team performance metrics to support incentive decisions Apply Gemini and AI workflows to surface insights and improvements Maintain clean data and documentation for reporting 🎯 Requirements Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and large datasets Hands-on experience with Power BI and Metabase (data modeling, reports, DAX) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) Working knowledge of Gemini AI tools for insights across teams Solid CS operational metrics knowledge (CSAT, retention, productivity, performance) Availability to work in afternoon hours 2:00-10:00 pm 🎁 Benefits Access to e-learning platforms Fully paid private healthcare in LuxMed Access to the Worksmile platform with a monthly top-up Relocation Package within Poland Modern Kraków office with amenities Company parties and employee referral program
