Client Integration & Certification Partner

📋 Description Engage with clients to deliver timely, accurate technical guidance. Partner with Service Delivery, Account Management, and Sales to manage key client relationships. Coordinate with Product & Engineering to ensure seamless integrations for new key accounts. Lead and advise on best practices for integrating Sportradar solutions; provide hands-on support. Function as project manager for integration initiatives as needed. Collaborate with tech leads and Product to improve products, processes, and docs. 🎯 Requirements Experience in technical client integration, implementation or similar roles. Familiarity with APIs and data formats like XML and JSON. Knowledge of real-time data delivery: WebSockets and event-driven. Exposure to Java, C#, Python, C++, PHP, or Go (not required to code). Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or automation tools.
