📋 Description Hybrid work environment: work from home and in the community. Work directly with editors and staff to produce original journalism. Provide boots-on-the-ground coverage by attending events and interviews. Participate in a training program to develop reporting and research. Attend virtual and in-person team meetings and contribute to planning. Monitor social media and community networks to identify breaking news. 🎯 Requirements Current or graduating post-secondary student eligible to work in Ontario. Internship runs Sept 2026 to Aug 2027. Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends, evenings and holidays. Access to reliable personal transportation. This role is represented by Unifor Local 87-M.
