📋 Description Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned math lessons. Implement strategies for diverse learners with real-world applications. Regularly assess progress, analyze data, and adjust instruction. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Maintain high expectations with targeted support for students. Build strong relationships with students and families. 🎯 Requirements Valid Indiana teaching license or reciprocity with out-of-state license (required). Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (required). Minimum 2 years middle school math teaching experience (preferred). Experience using data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes (preferred). Commitment to equity, high expectations, and belief that all students can succeed (required). Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse student needs (required). Openness to feedback and continuous improvement (required).
