📋 Description Deliver technical support for RIS, PACS, and VNA to ensure system availability. Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT to diagnose issues and optimize workflows. Support healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE) to integrate imaging with EHRs. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in a knowledge base for continuous improvement. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. 1–2 years in Healthcare IT with radiology systems support experience. Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and IHE healthcare interoperability standards. Windows Server (2012-2022+), networking, and SQL Server or Oracle. Experience with ticketing systems such as Salesforce ServiceCloud, Zendesk, or ServiceNow. Strong analytical skills with problem solving, clear communication, and HIPAA compliance.
