📋 Description Lead Canada casino GTM across Ontario and future provinces. Own day-to-day commercial performance across revenue, retention, and value. Localise casino experience for the Canadian audience (games, UX, promos). Monitor KPIs like GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, and LTV. Manage relationships with game providers and external partners. Ensure operations comply with AGCO and iGO requirements. 🎯 Requirements Experience in iGaming or online casino operations (regulated markets). Strong understanding of Canadian gaming landscape, Ontario, AGCO/iGO. Proven ability to drive casino growth via commercial strategy and promotions. Highly analytical with experience using casino KPIs and player data. Understanding of casino platforms, game providers, bonusing tools, lifecycle management.
