📋 Description Direct and align safety, quality, productivity and cost goals with Plant Manager. Formulate and implement production policies; follow up and update procedures. Empower teams to improve metrics with processes per GMF and Quality Risk Audit. Promote safety culture by enforcing procedures for a safe workplace. Develop and coach production staff; ensure skills training and tools to hit goals. Build strategy for short- and long-term goals aligned with current environment. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Admin, or related field. 10+ years in manufacturing/production with 5+ years leadership across multiple departments. Technical background in glass manufacturing and plant processes. Strong financial acumen and business understanding. Experience driving continuous improvement (LSS). Ability to interact with all levels internal and external. 🎁 Benefits Salary range $130k-$150k with 15% STI. Relocation packages available. Vacation time and paid holidays.
