📋 Description Own end-to-end supply chain strategy: sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, and 3PL. Build scalable processes for DTC, retail, and international expansion. Drive cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery across the chain. Lead ERP implementation and data integrity across inventory, orders, and finances. Own demand planning, S&OP, and inventory forecasting; partner with Finance on budgets. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in senior ops leadership at DTC/CPG. Scaled a company to $150M+ revenue; supply chain & systems. Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience. Retail/wholesale know-how; Sephora/prestige partners a plus.
