📋 Description Lead Live Dealers and Shufflers in a streaming environment to meet targets. Manage and motivate the team to improve service quality. Monitor real-time service level on assigned gaming tables during shifts. Oversee promotions and marketing activities per customer preferences. Organize monthly meetings to provide feedback and future plans. Foster a positive, professional work atmosphere and teamwork. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year management experience. 1+ year gaming-related experience. Proficient with MS Office; good Excel skills. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork. Must obtain PA Gaming License and WV Registration; flexible schedule. 🎁 Benefits Annual Salary: $66,000. Quarterly performance bonus. Vacation days: 12 days. Sick time: 5 days.
