📋 Description Lead teacher for one grade level; foster a positive classroom environment. Implement curriculum and assess students. Collaborate with team; build relationships with families. Additional duties as assigned by the Principal. K-2 model: self-contained; ~26 students; teach ELA/Math. Starting salary of $50,000 and coaching/PD opportunities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree. FL teaching certification or eligibility for K-6/PK-3. At least 1 year teaching with proven high achievement. Uphold KIPP core values: high expectations, growth mindset, teamwork.
