📋 Description Define and implement analytical protocols to characterize oligonucleotides. Develop QC methods to determine purity, composition, and concentration. Determine drug-to-conjugate ratios for antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates. Assess in vitro stability of oligonucleotides and conjugates. Collaborate with biology to study pharmacokinetics and distribution in vivo. Assist in lab build and procurement of analytical equipment. 🎯 Requirements PhD in chemistry or related with 6+ years oligonucleotide exp; BS/MS with 10+ yrs. Experience analyzing peptide/protein/antibody-oligo conjugates. Proficiency with SEC, IEX, RP-HPLC, MS to characterize conjugates. Experience with PK, distribution, PD assays for oligo therapeutics.
