Staff/Senior Desktop Application Engineer

📋 Description Define and drive the desktop client's technical vision and architecture. Lead design of a high-performance native desktop app on Windows/macOS. Partner with product/backend/AI-ML teams to align with the AI platform. Provide technical leadership on architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Architect and deliver reliable, secure distribution: signing, packaging, updates, uninstall. Champion observability, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and diagnostics. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years shipping native Windows/macOS desktop apps. Proven success delivering client apps to large user bases. Strong Rust and/or C++ skills; cross-platform desktop dev; Tauri a plus. Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS OS APIs. Hands-on with full distribution lifecycle: signing, packaging, auto-updates.
