📋 Description Serve as the primary HR partner for Engineering, Hardware, and Software leaders. Shape and deliver people strategy for the technical organisation with the Chief HR. Balance speed, rigor, and fairness in performance and employee relations. Enable high-quality 1:1s, feedback, and career conversations. Coach leaders on goals, rhythms, and leadership expectations. Identify retention risks in critical technical roles and plan actions. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years HRBP experience with technical teams (engineering/hardware/software/AI/ML). Strong org design, workforce planning, coaching, performance, and ER. Comfort in ambiguity; drive clarity in fast-moving environments. High judgment; balance empathy with high standards. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence.
