📋 Description Build and own infrastructure for agentic search: index engine, ingestion, enrichment. Improve alignment of index-time enrichments with query-time needs. Design and run hybrid indexing across keyword, embedding, and semantic indices. Develop multi-modal indexing across text, tables, diagrams, images, audio/video. Contribute to a knowledge graph linking tickets, files, people via entities. Drive reliability, scalability, and observability of the search platform. 🎯 Requirements BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent; PhD is a plus. 8+ years of full-time industry experience. Hands-on experience with search tech such as Lucene, Solr, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch. Experience with vector databases is an advantage.
