📋 Description Lead design/build of instructional data systems (dashboards, trackers) Design aligned supports (CTMs, clinics, PD) for data action Translate academic priorities into workflows, templates, expectations Build reporting to identify trends, gaps, root causes Roll out instructional systems; coach SLTs to execute them Monitor and refine systems to ensure consistency and impact 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Minimum 4 years in education, incl instructional leadership or data roles Experience with data-driven instruction, assessment design, progress monitoring Demonstrated ability to build/implement systems impacting outcomes Experience supporting school leaders or instructional teams 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision plans for you and family Generous vacation and flexible PTO Paid family leave FSA or high-yield HSA options Employee assistance programs and optional benefits
