📋 Description Lead and coach the MSL team in metabolic disorders. Provide high-quality scientific info to HCPs; build KOL relations. Contribute to Local Medical Plan and Field Medical Plan development. Lead performance mgmt, development, and succession planning. Ensure field medical operations comply with SOPs and regulations. Drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic insights. 🎯 Requirements Pharma degree, PhD, MD or related life sciences. 5+ years clinical/scientific/pharma; at least 2 as MSL. Launch experience in cross-functional environments. Proven people management, coaching, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
