Proven ability to generate compelling story ideas and see them to publication. Strong coaching skills to develop reporters at all experience levels. Sharp line-editing and structural instincts for editing at any drafting stage. Fluency across formats: text, social, video and audio. Excellent news judgment and accuracy under tight deadlines.
