📋 Description Lead pilot projects and onboarding for new clients. Design, implement, and oversee pilots to show value. Manage end-to-end client onboarding with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and others. Develop onboarding and pilot methods to boost engagement. Define KPIs for onboarding and pilots to track success. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, CS, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications advantageous. Proven SaaS services management experience. Leadership experience mentoring teams in fast-paced environments. Strategic thinker; translates client needs into action plans. Strong project management; CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
