Head of Applied AI

📋 Description Apply PSI's AI and physics to solve real commercial problems. Build and lead the Applied AI organization; hire the founding team. Own end-to-end customer delivery; scope, model, simulate, and ship. Own interfaces to make research usable by customers. Partner with GTM; define credible promises; escalate when at risk. Stay hands-on as a player-coach; set the bar for shipped work. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years applying ML and simulation to real-world problems with customer-facing teams. 3+ years direct people management: hiring, reviews, career development. Proven track record building a customer-facing technical function from scratch. Strong applied ML and computational grounding; physics/engineering literacy.
