📋 Description Manage and continuously improve the plant's quality systems. Collaborate with plant management to develop the plant quality plan. Lead cross-department efforts on quality issues and CAPA. Investigate customer complaints and prepare responses. Develop SOPs with supervisors and drive standard operating procedures. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Glass manufacturing experience preferred. Strong communication and data analytics skills. Demonstrated project management skills.
