📋 Description Own daily operational execution of technical projects; clarify requirements and backlog. Manage lean sprint process with daily standups and offshore teams. Translate business needs into detailed user stories and Trello tasks. Maintain sprint boards; flag blockers and dependencies. Align with engineering/QA on feasibility and release goals. Report sprint progress, velocity, and risks to leadership. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of technical project/product management in software development. Strong experience managing sprints/backlogs with Trello (or similar tools). Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams across time zones. Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and requirements.
