📋 Description Identify, recruit, and engage partners: influencers, affiliates, sales, B2B. Build and scale a pipeline of new partnerships. Negotiate deals internally and externally to close high-impact partnerships. Nurture partner relationships to deepen growth and sales. Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns. Measure, analyze, and optimize performance. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in digital performance marketing. Proven partnerships management (influencer and affiliate marketing). Sharp sales and analytical skills; proficient with CRMs and web analytics. High attentiveness to details and proactiveness. Independent and collaborative work style. Fluent English; German a plus.
