Launch Manager

📋 Description Oversee 15-20 client implementation projects end-to-end. Act as consultant, config expert, and PM with cross-functional teams. Translate deployment into ROI and present to executives. Build and maintain project schedules, plans, and RAID logs. Manage expectations, flag issues, and escalate blockers. Train client admins on platform configuration and enablement. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of experience managing SaaS or Enterprise implementations. Understanding APIs, HTML, and network security. Hands-on configuration of apps/platforms (e.g., Drupal, CRM). Coordinate multiple client-facing projects concurrently. Collaborate across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development/Engineering. Strong communication and presentation skills.
