Senior Manager, Digital Transformation (Technology & AI)

📋 Description Lead large transformation programs end-to-end. Own senior client relationships and multiple workstreams. Mentor and lead consulting teams across engagements. Manage engagement delivery from scoping to implementation. Develop roadmaps: modernization, cloud, data, and automation. Oversee scope, staffing, budget, risk, and timelines. 🎯 Requirements 9–13+ years of progressive leadership experience. Led large, complex transformation programs from strategy to execution. Experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and BD. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus. Deep expertise in digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, ERP/CRM.
