Credit Operation Associate

📋 Description Lead end-to-end underwriting operations and SLA management for loans in Indonesia. Manage underwriting using external credit bureau data and supporting documents. Ensure underwriting SLA delivery and sound decision-making. Implement SOPs and policies, audit controls, and risk ownership. Drive data-driven reporting to senior and executive management. Report to Head, Credit Ops & Collection; onsite in Jakarta. 🎯 Requirements A recognized degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of full-time SME loans and consumer lending underwriting experience. Experience reviewing external credit bureau data and supporting documents. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving accountability. Experience creating and updating SOPs and policies aligned with control requirements.
