📋 Description Lead PM for Maxwell’s mortgage POS product, a core SaaS platform. Own borrower, lender, and real estate agent experiences across workflows. Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and deliver quality solutions. Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales for enablement and feedback. Ensure designs and workflows comply with mortgage regulations. Manage backlog, prioritize features, and balance speed with reliability. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management shipping impactful products. 3+ years in mortgage tech (POS/LOS) with lender workflows. Excellent written/verbal communication; clear product docs. Data-driven prioritization and feature scoping. Experience managing third-party API integrations. SQL + product analytics tools (Pendo, PostHog).
