📋 Description Own analytics strategy for Cadence’s digital primary care program. Define outcomes/KPIs; surface insights from vitals and EHR data. Design/build core data models in dbt; maintain Snowflake/Fivetran/dbt. Deliver analytics across pipeline to modeling, staffing, revenue forecasting. Build dashboards to monitor growth, outcomes, and value for partners. Embed AI with high-value use cases; promote LLM-enabled workflows. 🎯 Requirements 9+ years with SQL; building analytics, reports, dashboards. Proficiency with Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt (or equivalent). Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Math, Stats, Econ, CS) or equivalent. Strong statistics/data analysis; translate findings for varied audiences. Experience with clinical/health data (vitals, EHR, outcomes).
