📋 Description Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for Nexthink users. Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to define learning objectives. Translate complex product information into clear, actionable content. Develop end-to-end blended programs using docs and demos. Create engaging materials including assessments, case studies, and visuals. Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and production workflows. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as instructional designer/e-learning developer. Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and UX design. Ability to simplify complex information into clear content. Experience training IT teams; fluent in English. Proficiency with e-learning tools: Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, Adobe, Camtasia.
