Facilities Maintenance Associate I (On-site)

📋 Description Respond to facilities service requests on time for internal customers Support building inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in good order Assist senior technicians with repairs and learn trade skills Set up and break down rooms, event spaces, and parking for events Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables per procedures Close out shifts to secure the building for the next day 🎯 Requirements 1–2 years in facilities, maintenance, or related hands-on role Comfortable using hand and power tools safely Basic computer skills; manage work orders via Outlook and Teams Valid driver's license (driving record required) Able to lift 30 lbs and perform onsite tasks Onsite in Carson, CA; forklift cert/experience; plumbing/electrical/HVAC familiarity 🎁 Benefits Bonus eligible Paid leave for new parents Medical/dental and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution On-site preschool for employees’ children On-site employee gym
