📋 Description Develop global sourcing strategies for camera components. Lead end-to-end sourcing: NDAs, RFIs/RFQs, contracts. Align GSM strategy with production and business goals. Negotiate with suppliers of thermal imaging systems. Maintain supplier relationships via audits and visits. Identify new sources to improve supply continuity. 🎯 Requirements MBA + BA/BS in technical field. 5+ years in strategic sourcing of complex commodities. 5+ years in camera/thermal sensing tech supply chains. Strong knowledge of thermal imaging, optics, sensors. Experience leading supplier selection and negotiations.
