📋 Description Own the Agentic Platform roadmap from strategy to prioritization Lead Rec's AI engineering pod Drive prompt engineering and evaluations to improve agent quality Define how AI agents behave, escalate, and earn staff trust Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, and GTM to ship AI features Ensure AI teammates are reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely useful to recreation staff 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product management, ideally with AI/ML products Hands-on prompt engineering, evals, or LLMs in production Strong technical fluency; comfortable with engineers, not just roadmaps Track record shipping AI features based on usage & quality signals Excellent judgment on when AI should act autonomously vs escalate Bias toward action in a fast-moving startup environment 🎁 Benefits Equity offered Flexible PTO Comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage 401(k) plan San Francisco in-office (FiDi) most days
