Senior Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

📋 Description Lead high-priority proposals and assist interview prep. Collaborate with technical leads on win strategies and messaging. Coordinate proposal reviews, QA, and RFQ/P compliance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years BD/marketing in A/E/C industry preferred. Proven experience leading complex proposals and marketing strategy. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop; CRM experience (Deltek VantagePoint preferred).
